After losing his job at a prominent painting company in York, PA, Todd took his expert knowledge and drive to help others and founded Todd A. Hess Painting Co. Previously, Todd had worked his way up from a painter to a general manager and had been promised ownership. The day he lost his job, he knew he needed to keep his dream of ownership alive. Todd saw a need for a painting company that would not only provide superior customer service to all of its clients but would also provide the craftsmen doing the work with a respectful working environment and a wage that demonstrated that their skills are valued. He set out to make this painting company a reality.
