My name is Todd Hess. Though I have done industrial, commercial, and residential painting since I was 21 years old, I found my passion in the residential and commercial repaint niche. It was so pleasing to come to work and see how the results of our efforts affected the spaces that our customers worked and lived in every day. I believe that when we combine superior preparation with premium products, we deliver all of our customers with excellent results.
I have been very blessed to have a family that has been fully supportive of this new adventure we began together. My wife, Alex, especially was wonderfully supportive during the time when I lost my job. She told me to follow my dream, and it is a big reason why I love her so much. Because I am so passionate about my work and team, I take no job lightly and promise to my customers excellence with every project. My two children, Todd Jr. and Chevy, are also excited to watch our small business grow to serve more and more people in the York, Lancaster, and Harrisburg areas.
We are craftspeople seeking to bring the highest quality painting services to our customers for the most reasonable cost. We take pride in protecting the properties and families of both the customer and the craftsmen. This outcome is achieved by working hygienically and efficiently while producing consistent results on every project.
To bring quality painting services to the most homes and businesses, through competitive craftsmen pay and continued community outreach.
After losing my job at a prominent painting company in York, PA, I took my expert knowledge and drive to help others and founded Todd A. Hess Painting Co. At my past job, I had worked my way up from a painter to a general manager and had been promised ownership. The day I lost my job, I knew I needed to keep my dream of ownership alive. I knew there was a need for a painting company that would not only provide superior customer service to all of its clients, but would also provide the craftsmen doing the work with a respectful working environment and a wage that demonstrated that their skills are valued. I knew I had to make this painting company a reality.
In my 14 years in the industry, I have seen companies that expect so much from craftsmen while giving so little in return. I believe that a company built on a 21st century business model with craftsmen that have a genuine work ethic, and customers who want quality work, we can grow our company into the best south central Pennsylvania has ever seen.
