Todd Hess, Owner & President
Todd Hess is the Owner and President of Todd Hess Painting, a premier residential and commercial painting contractor serving Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. With more than two decades of experience in the painting industry, Todd has built his company on a foundation of exceptional craftsmanship, clear communication, and attention to detail.
Starting with a paintbrush in hand, Todd learned the trade from the ground up. Today, he leads a team dedicated to delivering high-quality painting, staining, wood repair, and specialty coating projects while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Todd believes that great work is built on preparation, knowledge, and pride in craftsmanship. Under his leadership, the company has earned a reputation for taking on challenging projects and delivering results that stand the test of time.

Alex Hess, VP of Communications & Marketing
Meet Alex, the heart behind the scenes at Todd Hess Painting! As the head of HR and marketing, Alex keeps everything running smoothly — and if you’ve ever called our office, you already know her. When you dial Todd Hess Painting, you’ll always reach a real person, and that person is Alex.
Alex and Todd have been partners in both life and business for 19 years, and her dedication to this company is woven into everything we do.
Outside of work, Alex is a proud mom of two adult sons and cherishes every moment the whole family is together. She stays active with weightlifting, daily walks, and a good book — and when she needs a little extra joy, her French Bulldog Cyrus is always happy to oblige.
Alex is also a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, believing strongly in the importance of open conversations and breaking the stigma in today’s world. She brings that same warmth, intention, and care to every interaction she has — whether it’s with a customer, a team member, or a stranger on the street.

Daniel Faulkner, Lead Painter
Meet Dan, one of our most dedicated painters and a true cornerstone of the Todd Hess Painting team! Dan has been with us for nearly four years, and his commitment to quality and craftsmanship speaks for itself. Outside of work, Dan is a girl dad through and through — his daughters and his loving wife are his whole world. When he’s not busy with family life, you might catch him on social media knocking out pull-ups like it’s nothing (seriously, the man is consistent!). Dan also has a genuine love for deep, meaningful conversations — the kind that make you think. We’re grateful every day to have someone with his strength, heart, and dedication on our crew!
Pedro Padilla-Rivera, Painter
Meet Pedro, a skilled painter who has been part of the Todd Hess Painting family for over a year! With 12 years of painting experience under his belt, Pedro brings a steady hand and a wealth of knowledge to every job. Outside of work, Pedro is all about the things that matter most — you’ll find him hitting the gym, enjoying quality time with his family, and looking forward to his monthly dinner conversations with his mom (a tradition we absolutely love). And if you really want to win Pedro over, just put a plate of Belgian waffles in front of him. We’re proud to have someone with his talent, work ethic, and warm heart on our crew!
Hailey Hersey, Painter
Meet Hailey, a wonderful addition to the Todd Hess Painting team who is coming up on her one-year anniversary with us! Hailey brings great energy and a hardworking spirit to everything she does. When she’s not on the job, you’ll likely find her adventuring outdoors — she’s the type who loves getting off the beaten path and embracing a little dirt and mud along the way. Her loyal pup, Gator, is her constant sidekick and goes just about everywhere she does. Hailey also treasures time with her close-knit circle of friends — she’s the kind of person who makes every get-together better. We’re so glad to have Hailey’s fun-loving, adventurous spirit on our team!
